Kirkland Sewer Team on repair

Kirkland Public Works Wastewater staff use lower parts of sign stands and mount roller guides onto them to prevent damage to landscapes when they need to drag hoses to backyards. They came in second place for new tool invention at this 2010 Washington Wastewater Collection Personnel Association’s Sewer School in Port Angeles.
