Mission Statement

To provide an educational program that is responsive to the needs of public works contracting personnel, and to encourage professional growth, networking, and statewide uniformity of contract administration in order to efficiently serve the public.

Committee Meeting Minutes and Agendas

The CASC Committee meetings are held on a quarterly basis, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Meeting locations are rotated between MRSC Headquarter in Seattle, Port of Seattle/CPO Construction Office in SeaTac and City of Olympia City Hall. Meeting dates are vary depending on members and venues availability.
